The main advantages of the Moov 2.0

Higher forage intake

More peace and quiet in the barn

Less hierarchy in the barn

More milk in the tank

Not getting out of bed to put on feed

The feed docking robot offers a great advantage not only during the day, but especially at night. While you enjoy your night's rest, the robot automatically pushes the roughage. As a result, even the animals lower in rank have fresh feed 24/7. As a result, there is less selection and more peace and quiet in the flock. The animals know that food is within reach at all times.

So with the Moov 2.0 there is less selection and higher average feed efficiency. Thus, the amount of milk per kg of dry matter taken in increases. Research shows that an increase of 0.05 is realistic (average feed efficiency is 1.3 - 1.5).

The experiences of our customers show that applying the feed attachment robot during start-up milking with a milking robot has a positive result. The cows are more active at night since feed is continuously available. This makes a visit to the robot faster in the evening as well. As a result, the number of milkings per cow increases with robotic milking.

The Moov 2.0 starts its route from the charging station. This charging station can be either inside or outside the barn. You can set and modify the feeding attachment robot's routes yourself. This allows you to set an unlimited number of routes for multiple animal groups. Moreover, the transponder technology that forms the basis for this does not interfere with all other work in the barn. The transponders are drilled into the floor and neatly concealed.

The Moov 2.0's flat stainless steel drum is electrically driven and ensures clean results. Its robustness, weight and smart drive technology characterize the new robot and how it handles disproportionate amounts of feed in front of the fence. The heavy machine can turn left and right as standard. Thus, at the end of the feed alley, the robot can drive back along the same path. This makes determining which routes to take even easier and more efficient.

Is there an obstacle in the barn? Or is there an elevation? No problem. That's because the Moov 2.0 has an elevator function. The drum can elevator its skirt to a height of 70 mm. So it can easily drive over a transition. Moreover, the skirt stays clean, thus ensuring a hygienic working environment for the robot.

Lifting the skirt also has further advantages for driving up and/or down a slope. A slope of up to 15% poses no problem.
