Comeback for the RGK

With the demise of the corrugated barns, did the RGK also seem to dust off? Nothing could be further from the truth. In barns with primary separation of manure, the thick fraction is taken outside. And what could be better than having the thick fraction deposited on an RGK to turn it into a covered manure storage or container.

Round Chain System

More than 70 years ago, Jan Oostwouder worked for a farmer where he shoveled manure from the stalls in the stalls. He thought, there must be an easier way, right? This led to JOZ's first product: the round chain system.

Using the RGK, the manure from the slurry pit was automatically removed to a collection point. The heavy manual work was a thing of the past. As time went by, stalls were built and fewer and fewer stalls remained. Nevertheless, the RGK remained.

JOZ's RGK is used worldwide for the removal of solid manure. Nowadays, the system is often used in combination with JOZ slurry scrapers. The sliders dump the solid manure onto the RGK, which removes the manure to the storage area.

The system is extremely suitable for straw stables and stables with stackable manure. This applies not only to cow barns, but also certainly to pig and horse barns, for example.

To get the manure to a nice high hump in storage, you can choose a lifting chute at the end of the RKG. This is available from 6 to 12 meters.
